There are many reasons to change your hotel furniture but here are the most common:

Out-of-date Hotel Furniture. Even though it may still be functional.  If your hotel furniture is outdated, it is time to change it or at least refresh it. You have bought quality, durable furniture that lasted for years, looked good and saved you money. Yes, we know it is really hard to decide to change it. But your clients will like to see some new, modern and interesting design. Change it, or let your designer find a way how to refresh it with new fixtures.

Toxic Materials. You should take care of this immidiately, think of your guests and your employees.  Upgrade to water-based, human and eco-friendly paints and stains.

Broken Furniture. That is somethng that we don’t want and need in your nice hotel! It brings bad reviews. Fix it or better, buy new one.

Redecorating or moving to new poperty. Those are also great opportunities to change and refresh your fixturea and furniture.
